As the post states, I am having trouble with enteracting with the phone menus that require you to press a sertain number. Take fore example, bank of america, Time warner and ETC. Any help or advice would bee quite helpful.
I fore got to add I have a my touch 4g its a total touch screen.

Kay I figured out my problem and I am going to post fore those who have a fully touch screen android device. When needing to enteract with phone menus you must hold down your menu key until the keyboard comes up. then you can use the top row of your vertual keys or the number keys to make your selection. I do have to say credit goes to code factery fore helping me figure this problem out. I found the answer in the user guide.
